Over-Thinking or Thinking


Worrying is thinking too much over nothing.
When you start having sleepless nights over a situation and instead of your trail of thoughts giving you answers and clarity ,what you get is confusion and anxieties then  you are over thinking.
Normal thinking is relaxing; it relieves you and gives you more insights and clarity.
Better still check if what you are thinking about is helping or hurting.  If it's helping, keep going. If  it is hurting change direction and re-evaluate yourself.
