Be kind to yourself.
Think about what you need most, and then do it.
Is it a cup of tea/coffee/glass of wine, a walk, quiet time alone, quiet music, a little rest, or reading your favourite book? Just do it.
Take that “care-break" and take care of you for a brief moment. Those little moments with ourselves calms us down and heals our inner self
